"Ideally located only 10 minutes from my son’s wedding venue in a quiet neighborhood close to amenities (read, walking distance to Starbucks!). Clean and comfortable with a kind and responsive host."

"key code for apartment (in basement) not given until phone call made. No indication on entering house as to where my room was (blackboard had wrong name), bare light bulb as overhead light, curtain on window did not block light, bathroom sink very small and soap dispenser did not work."

"My sister and I were here for 3 nights as a great location for visiting family in the Barrie area. The house was perfectly equipped and in a lovely setting next to the park. We were blessed with beautiful fall weather and enjoyed the array of colorful fall trees around the property. Overall a perfect setting."

"Not a lakeside property, it's a bungalow house with no lake access. Property did not look like the pictures posted on the site at all. The house itself was nice in the inside with 3 small bedrooms. Did not stay there i cancelled as soon as i got thdre and realized it was not even close to what i was renting"

"We loved this place but number one issue they were charging $16 for each trash bag and second so many rules about guest and spending time at property and they mentioned that after we booked the place.Other issue we couldn’t find towel there after 24 hours we found it in dryer and no second key in lock box for 2 familles. Overall place was so clean comfortable and nice."

"This place was perfect for our short weekend family trip away from the city! We brought our two dogs with us and we all enjoyed spending time in their space, especially their backyard. It was so well kept. Their pool was so much fun with the volleyball net, we were glad that it was still open during September! The place was also super close to a small beach down the rode and a 10 min drive from Innisfil Beach Park, I would definitely hope to stay at this place again."

"The property is as shown in photos and is situated in a nice, quiet and private neighbourhood which was great. It has all the essential amenities, it's clean/tidy and has a nice backyard. Also, the host was responsive which was appreciated. The main reason we chose to stay here was to use the hot tub, however upon inspection, it didn't look like it had been cleaned prior to our stay and we didn't feel comfortable using it. Overall, it's a nice and quiet place to stay."

"We were really looking forward to enjoying what looked like a really magical place to stay, and probably at one point was! What we found was a really run down and neglected property being rented out while owners attempt to sell. The biggest issue overall was certainly cleanliness. Many portions of the property haven’t been maintained or cared for in years. There was no hot tub as listed. The BBQ wouldn’t light (not due to propane). "The pictures do not do this location justice. It's very cozy but not small by any means. Lots of places to relax, play games and enjoy the atmosphere. Property is well maintained both inside and out and the check-in process was very easy. We went to Keswick a few times and lots of nice places to shop and eat there. We will definately come back."
