My college who I was travelling with managed to book the following day but the staff quickly got a room ready. The check-in process was seamless, and I was warmly welcomed by a member of staff. The room was immaculate and well-appointed, with tea & coffee making facilities, soap, shampoo and conditioner. The room was warm and cozy.
