"Not our best stay in Croatia. We spent one night in room 7. The room did not have any shower products. Towels were included but one seemed dirty. The upstairs loft area, seemed not to be cleaned for a while and full of dust. The double bed on the main floor was clean. Apartment right by the road. We had to close windows to prevent road noise. "Lovely studio apartment. Very close to old town. There is a bridge connected the pier to the old town, just 5 mins away from the apartment. The room is very clean, comfortable with a touch of good interior design. Love the Bose mini sound system for some lovely music from the playlist you want at night. "

"This property is in a great location just minutes to Old Town. The owner was very easy to communicate with and she was very prompt with her responses. The apartment was very clean and provided some basic necessities for cooking and toiletries etc. I would recommend this property for sure "

"The upper floor was toasty with a very small draft of wind coming from the air conditioner which only functioned when guests were in the room as per the rules of the property. The shower was superb the toilet seat was not - however the staff fixed the seat within one day. The pool was fantastic ! The hotel owner was very friendly and pleasant. She had a fabulous restaurant with good sized portions. The kitchen was decent. The hotel needed better cooling system as all the rooms were very hot. "

"Die Wohnung und selbst das Haus war sehr schön, sauber. Der Eigentümer des Hauses war auch vor Ort. Die Wohnung hatte alles was wir gebraucht hatten undas Auto konnten wir auch im Hof parken. Der Eigentümer Herr Stipcic hat Tips gegeben, war immer freundlich und offen. Dafur gib ich 5 Sterne. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das einzige wo wir überrascht waren. Wir haben eine 4 Zimmer wohnung gemietet und das war nur eine 3 Zimmer wohnung. Da hat die Agentur uns was falsches vermitteln. Zum Glück...

"The apartment was easy to find and in a peaceful location. Shaded by trees which made the heat in July more bearable. Owners very welcoming and accommodating due to late check in and very quick to respond to queries. Great location, just a short walk to the water. All amenities were well supplied and very clean and in good condition. Had a wonderful weeks stay and would definitely stay again. "We had one of our best family holidays to-date at the Falkensteiner campsite in Zadar. It’s a lovely location, with a fab pool, and Zadar is a lovely charming city.
