"We loved this property and our stay. I would definitely recommend staying. I will only mention a couple of items that are just my opinion. We could never get reception on the phone, we had to walk down to talk to them. They were always amazing and friendly, but it would have been nice to get some ice or towels via a phone. The outside pool is SMALL and CROWDED it’s very nice/clean, easy to access. But it looks so much bigger in the pictures. It had 20 people in it every day, included kids which was probably 10 too many! Other than that… the room was awesome, the weather was great, view amazing, staff so helpful, parking was easy, food was goo, breakfast buffet was a large, spa was enjoyable, lots of shops/restaurants near by and near a waterfall you can hike. Recognize the location, it’s about 1hr away from Interlaken. While it’s 14 miles, your on a mountain."
