"The staff were so friendly and helpful, we parked our car in the car park before check in time and went and had lunch, came back to be told they upgraded us to an apartment they have around the corner for more comfort and convenience, what a surprise and it sure did make our two day stop over complete. Jervis Bay is stunning! "

"The room was spaceous, with refrigerator, tea, coffee, kettle and SMART TV. Everything was functional. Carpet appeared new. Bedding was okay, not the best and certainly not the worst. Bathroom was okay but sink and taps were old two knob, small sink, little shelf area to put your things, but was nostalgic and a little fun. Bathroom light was box and tube type. The bathroom could use an update but it is a motel not the Hyatt. I would return here if in the area again and if the price was right. "

"Good to have microwave in room, better to have dishwashing liquid cos plates are provided. Iron sole plate was full of gunk n transferred to my white shorts - cannot get black stuff off - not impressed - told owner he shld Hsve it seen to - he said they dont check iron - have them replaced every two yrs!! Also couldn’t make ironing board to stay up right! Kept collapsing! Why keep ash trays outside when sign says no smoking!!"
