"They are very rude and mad all the time. They have no understanding of what customer service is, we stayed one night and left. I come to Sovata 3-5 times a year and they won’t be seeing us again. Crystal Hotel is the best."

"Aceasta cazare la doamna Rodica (mama proprietarilor) a fost pur și simplu perfectă. În primul rând vreau să remarc cat de ușor a fost să comunic ei. Doamna Rodica este atât de caldă și atentă la orice detaliu. Cazarea în sine este extraordinară. Ai la dispoziție mese, grătare, piscină, saună, jacuzzi, ..."
