"UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ME, SOON AS I ENTERED THE CARPET AT THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY DIRTY FILLED WITH SAND. I WAS DISAPPOINTED WHEN I WAS SHOWN THE ROOM, THE NEIGHBORHOOD DIDN'T LOOK SAFE. I HAD TO SUCK IT IN AS I KNEW I MIGHT NOT GET MY REFUND FOR THE 3 NIGHTS PAID. "I should have anticipated the service from the moment i walked into the reception... Despite calling the hotel manager for directions a day before checking in, the receptionist was totally unaware of my reservation.
