"The views were stunning from the restaurant and that’s why I gave it a 5 star. The room was warm and cozy but the hair dryer didn’t work. No one really answered the telephone number listed on their site and since we were arriving late we had questions. Luckily they had another number posted outside where someone answered but they should really send checkin details for late arrivals via email so it is more reliable. It’s pretty dark in Seelisberg. Otherwise had a lovely stay. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Drei Könige! Although the front desk is only open from 8am to 8pm, we arrived in Chur quite late—around 10pm. Thankfully, the hotel made the late check-in process incredibly smooth by sending us clear and thorough instructions ahead of time. Everything was easy to follow, and we were able to access the hotel without any issues. The room itself exceeded our expectations—it was spacious, beautifully renovated, and spotlessly clean. The linens were crisp and fresh, and the bathroom was a good size with a modern feel. It was the perfect space to unwind after a long journey. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches and the effort they put into making guests feel welcome, even after hours. Would absolutely recommend staying here, and we’d love to return in the future!"

"Stayed here just for one night after arriving in Chur on the Bernina Express and before departing for the rest of our vacation. It’s a very simple hotel, but superbly clean, very friendly staff, a fresh breakfast and right in the center of the old town of Chur. There are even thoughtful additions such as outlet converters in rooms so everyone can use their electronics. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I happened to be in Chur again. "

"The Mercury is a fantastic quiet hotel with views of the alps. The room was exceptional and large with big picture windows. Very comfortable bed. Reception were very friendly and helpful with a variety of places to eat nearby. The only downside was that the hotel is a little distance from the railway station but a regular bus service drops you to the door, so no real issues. Loved it and would stay again. Huge inflatable Lindt bunny on the roof of the shopping centre"
