Walk To The Beach In Two Minutes (100 Yards), or Even Less If You Run! What a Great Beach Vacation! One Queen Bed, Clean Weekly Vacation Rental. Beautiful Semi Private Yard/ Pool (Shared With Other Unit). The owner Scott also lives in the entire upstairs apartment so the property is well maintained and safe. Please Read Reviews About The Property For A More Detailed Picture Of What Others Have Experienced! This unit sleeps 2 Adults with a comfortable queen bed and is on one side of the first of two floors so no need to walk up and down flights of stairs. It has one designated off road parking spot in front. This property has everything necessary for a relaxing getaway. It is in a safe area. Surfside has its own police force and there are a couple security cameras on the outside as well. There is access To On Site Shared Coin Washer & Dryer. Two Blocks From Surfside Beach! 370 Sq. Ft. of Gorgeous Space With a Large Yard, Pool, and An Entire Ocean Just Down The Street! Close to the new SurfSide Pier and of Course Golf, Fishing, Shopping, Dining. No extra cost for linens. Bed sheets and two sets of towels are provided at no additional cost. This is a non-smoking, non-pet friendly apartment. There is a new comfortable leather loveseat that recently replaced a pull out couch. This is meant to be a quiet oasis, it is not the place to get your party on. This might however be the place to retreat from the party or the family and friends also staying in town. If you are looking for a semi private, peaceful, quiet beach getaway, you found it!

Spring golf getaway
The LoRise had a comfortable sofa, comfortable bed, very functional little kitchen and use of the private yard with a pool. Entire place seemed newly done. Recommended.

I have stayed at this location several times and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Property is always clean and you are a short walk to the beach and several restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay again at LoTide. Scott, the owner, is very friendly & helpful. We had a nice, relaxing two week stay & made good use of the private pool (which is shared with the other unit, HiTide).

Just perfect for us. Loved the pool and being just blocks to the beach. Found the greatest place to eat. Shelle’s Bistro, Millstone Biscuits and Malibu Of Surfside. We plan on a future trip.

Great Vacation
A absolutely wonderful place and host. Everything that you need is there. 2 minute walk to beach. And within walking distance less than 5 min to great restraunts. Will definitely stay again.

Best Location
I had a great time! So close to the beach and restaurants. We had to pick up a few more towels to get us thru the week than what was at the room and we def didn't understand how to use the stove but that's ok. Would stay here again.

Great stay
Very nice, quiet and relaxing, will definitely try for this property again. Scott was very pleasant during the couple times we ran into him and checked in on us and assisted after power outage during a storm. (whole town was out)

Great location!
Surf's Up had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and it was a quiet neighborhood. It was a very short walk to the beach and we walked to several restaurants for dinner. We would definitely return.
