Just one block from the beach, this two-bedroom home also boasts accommodations for up to seven guests and features easy access to world-class golf, attractions, and entertainment. The bright, contemporary interior features a spacious, open living area and dining area with a full-size kitchen and washer/dryer. A breakfast bar offers barstool seating for four and a dinette can accommodate another four. Greet the day with a cup of coffee on the covered deck and, later, enjoy a happy hour beverage with friends and family. After a day at the beach, come home to the cooling comfort of central AC and unwind with your favorite movies and shows on the living room flatscreen TV. Both bedrooms are also equipped with TV, for household convenience. The primary bedroom features deck access and an en suite bathroom. A shared bathroom and vanity are available in the hall.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
