Summary:
Get away at this stylish 2 bed/2bath loft style beach condo just 1.5 miles from the Surfside Beaches and steps away from the never crowded pool. Remodeled in 2021 with all new appliances, smart tv's and 125+ MBPS wifi, this condo is the perfect place to relax with the family in a quieter more laid back area that will allow you to get away or get into the action of the Grand Strand. Located in Surfside Beach "The Family Beach", you will be just minutes from all the area's attractions!

The Space:
As you enter the condo on the 2nd floor, you are immediately greeted with the primary bedroom with 2 Queen beds, a large closet and 40" Roku TV. Steps away is the downstairs bathroom with a tub/shower combo, good for the little ones. Next you will approach the fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances including dishwasher oven, range, refrigerator, toaster and Kuerig Coffee Maker. There is bar stool seating for meals at the kitchen counter peninsula and comfy sofas which give you a great view of the 55" Roku Tv in the living room. Step outside and you find a patio overlooking the beautiful neighborhood which is very pleasant at night. Upstairs in the loft suite, there is another queen bed, large walk in closet, 45" Roku TV and private en suite bath with a shower.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the whole property and pool access for your stay, plus a dedicated parking spot right in front of the main door to the condo.

The Neighborhood:
Deer Creek Villas is an ideally located, quiet and comfortable condo community in the heart of Surfside Beach's Deerfield neighborhood and very close to so many great options. Just 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access, you will be almost anywhere on the South Strand in under 15 minutes! A nice place, that just needs a deep cleaning.
This was a really nice, quiet place. The cleanliness was as if you were staying at your relative's house, not as clean as you would expect from being rented out. The washer and dryer were very filthy. The dryer needs the exhaust cleaned out and ducting replaced. The hot and cold lines were reversed, causing clothes to shrink. Various items in the kitchen cabinets were dirty, with food still on them. The downstairs shower has a couple of blood smears on the wall. There was a lot of hair on the pillow in the living room. When we were checking everything before we left, we found several crumpled up pieces of paper under one of the beds. Some of the things we resolved on our own. We did not see any need to contact the owner while staying there because these are all issues that should have been addressed before the stay, and hopefully will be addressed with whoever they have clean the property for the next stay. We would definitely stay here again, if we were confident in the change of routine cleaning of the property.

Near the beach, convenient to restaurants and stores.
Beds, sheets and towels were all very clean. Very much liked having a dedicated parking space for the unit right in front of the door. The steps going up to the second bedroom are steep and the shower is small.
