"No hot water! Never saw staff on site until I left on Friday morning. Staff did not understand any english. Immediate area was creepy and industrial. Wifi was acceptable. Strange room / had a metal stair case between 2 small areas. NO HOT WATER!!!!!!!!!!! "

"The hotel was so cute. They upgraded us upon arrival and the room was clean, had great amenities and the staff were super nice and helpful. The location was perfect. The only downside for me was the bed was a bit lumpy, my husband was ok with it but it was difficult for me to get comfortable. Overall though it was a great experience. "

"Veneti Suites accommodated our family for a one night stay when other hotel rooms wouldn’t allow the space needed. It was close to where we needed to be for several events. Our daughter met the front desk agent and said she was very helpful. Thank you for the beautiful space for our short stay in Belgrade."

"The bed was very comfortable and a/c worked very well and I could control the temperature. There were no smells and room was quiet and clean but the bathroom garbage was not removed though. Overall the room was much smaller than the pictures and my view from the window was back of the building unfortunately. I was hoping for the street view as I saw in the pictures. The breakfast was limited choice for a higher amount of money. I skipped breakfast but I would definitely recommend this hotel....

"Best to avoid. Seems good value but really isn’t. Room was poorly maintained and dirty. Coukd feel springs through cheap mattress. Cups still had coffee residue in them. The gentleman at the service desk could not have cared less. Did not acknowledge the problem. Refused to engage and dismissed any attempt to help stating problems go through the booking company. I moved hotel - found far better for less. "

"This is a small very clean property in a walkable area to lots of restaurants, and places to see... Breakfast is really good, and at a good price The rooms are small but very nice, and the only negative is if you get a top floor room you have to go up stairs, and they are very steep stairs... overal very good, and I would stay there again... "
