Good. Could've been better, but there's no phone in the room. Have to use common phone at lift area for ordering food or making complaints which can be Very inconvenient.

We check in at 12:30a.m. on 24 June. Staff told us no supply of tooth brush, paste and slippers, we have to pay RP17.00 each person. There is no telephone inside the room. WiFi is fast. Room is clean and bed and pillows were comfortable.
the hotel is very nice. rooms are clean and comfortable. staff are friendly and assisted with fast check-in. i would suggest the hotel to have a telephone in every room. it is inconvenient to go down to the reception for any assistance. breakfast is simple, best to go before 9am because they dont replenish the food. i will definitely come back to this hotel.
Location is easy to find. Nothing much in surrounding but has many eateries and small convenience store selling bottle water. Near major places of interest. WiFi is good and the safe in room useful. Room and toilet is very clean. Room service every day. Very good hotel for the kind of money paid.

overall sangat nyaman, not noisy, staf ramah, bersih, ukuran ruangan kecil namun standar hotel budget. kekurangannya hanya lokasi parkir yg sangat sempit.
Niet blij met de bediening en keukenpersooneel van het restaurant. Ze spreken geen Engels en begrijpen je helemaal niet. Uiteindelijk had een deel van onze groep wel hun eten en dat van het andere deel was de bestelling nog niet eens doorgekomen. Eenmaal in de keuken om na te vragen waar ons eten bleef (bediener snapte helemaal niet wat wij bedoelden met dat ons eten te laat is) was keukenpersoneel voor het gemakje aan het zitten en er bleek dat onze bestelling nog niet eens in de keuken was aangekomen. Wij zijn uiteindelijk vertrokken. INdonesiers moeten misschien even leren om bestellingen op te schrijven, dat doen ze namelijk nergens!!!
