Dirty room and poor service
The first day when I checked-in my room was so dirty and I had to ask the front desk to give me different room. The second room was not any different. I finally had to call the housekeeping and asked them to clean it up. Even so, they did not do a good job. I had to point out to them (i.e. oily and smudges mirror, trash under the desk and bed, dirty closet, etc.). I literally had to wipe the shelves closet with paper towel and showed them that the paper towel turned black. I was there daily when they clean the room. It literally took them 5 minutes or less. They only changed the towels, restock soap/shampoo/shower cap, and broom the floor. When they broom the floor they did not even care to look under the desk and/or bed. There were three nights (around 10:30-11:00pm) I saw their staffs were laying down and sleeping in corner of the lobby sofas. Other than the front desk, many staffs were just standing/sitting around either using their hand-phone or talking to each other.
