This spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, outdoor shower with dress area, beach cottage is located at 246 Ocean Blvd W, just west of the beach access bridge. It is close to local restaurants and entertainment. One of it's many great features is that the cottage is only 50 feet away from it's own private beach access/boardwalk!

The cottage is privately cleaned/inspected/maintained to the owner's standards by the owner and/or owner's private vendor.

Breath taking views of the ocean can be seen from the covered front porch, sun deck, living and dining areas, as well as both boulevard side bedrooms. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped for all your cooking and dining needs.

Part of the home's remodeling began in 2010 and completed in 2014. However, updates are continuing to be made throughout the beach cottage! Ceramic tile flooring and upgraded lighting were added throughout the home's open floor plan, which includes the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The kitchen appliances were upgraded to stainless steel and new furniture was purchased for the living area. New mattresses were also purchased for all of the beds. New solid wooden rockers await you on the covered front porch and under the cottage. Upgraded décor has been placed throughout the home for a fresh, inviting, and classical coastal design, making you feel at ease in this vacation rental cottage.

Additional features include, but are not limited to, new pillows, new mattress covers, 2 TVs, dvd player, washer & dryer, sundeck, outdoor shower, charcoal grill, downstairs grilling area with wooden rockers, water hose, as well as books and magazines for pleasure reading.

We loved everything about this property! Excellent location, with great view and convenient beach access. The layout of the inside was perfect everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies that were clean and useable. Great communication with the host.

Great off season get away

We came down with our kids for a few days during spring break and had a great few days at the beach during the off season. The house had everything we need and the location is excellent, right across the street from the beach access.

A Great Place To Stay

House was nice and clean. Plenty of space to spread out with 2 adults and 2 kids. Also, a big plus that you can walk across the street to the ocean and not have to worry about parking. Loved the house and will definitely look into a future stay here.

Great location. Steady traffic most of the day, but easy walk to restaurants and beach. Cozy house with well-equipped kitchen and plenty of games, beach chairs, etc. Nice porch rockers on front, back, and patio below house.

Our first visit to Holden Beach and we loved it! House was perfect with plenty of room for 8 people. It was clean and comfortable, with a lovely front porch. The additional shower downstairs came in handy when we returned from the beach each day. The location was great, just across from beach access. We would definitely recommend this house!

The only difficulty with this property was lack of lighting on the address. Suggest "Solar Powered Black Round LED Light (4-Pack)" from Home Depot.
