With its unique secluded location it perfectly combines nature, endless sporting activities, boutique shopping and world class restaurants all within walking distance of TANGLEWOOD.
This exceptional property that has been meticulously renovated is located at the lower end of Mitti Street, Little Cove and is within easy walking distance to the secluded and beautiful bays of Noosa National Park. A surfer’s paradise right at your door step.
When at home you can also enjoy a game of tennis on the share tennis court or swim and relax in the private heated magnesium swimming pool surrounded by the National Park. This home is beautifully secluded and offers a level of accommodation rarely found in Noosa.
This perfect holiday destination is set over two levels with two separate sleeping areas. The ground level of the main residence has a separate TV room, two lounge rooms - a more casual lounge located next to the kitchen and a more formal lounge that is quiet and opens up to the deck and looks through floor to ceiling glass wall to the greenery of the National Park. Also on the ground level, kitchen and indoor and outdoor dining - all open out through large bi-fold doors to a large deck area facing the swimming pool and tennis court with the backdrop of a beautiful bush setting. On the upper level is a large master bedroom with king bed with walk through bathroom and walk in wardrobes.
The master is separated by a reading nook that can be relaxed in. This area is tranquil and is surrounded by louvred windows that let filtered light in. Sit here and have a beautiful breeze brush over you whilst you relax quietly. Two additional bedrooms are also on the upper level - one more very large bedroom (1 x king bed) and a third bedroom (2 x king single beds) flow off the reading nook area. Bed 2 and Bed 3 share a very large bathroom with a separate bath and a large shower that opens up to the natural light with a wide sky window. An upstairs laundry also makes it very convenient for any laundry needs required.
The bunk house contains a further two bedrooms with a separate bathroom. There is a large master bedroom (1 x king bed) and a seperate bunk room that contains two bunk beds. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.
The house is ideally set up for 2 families or for a special multi-generational holiday where everyone can be together under the one roof but with multiple living areas so everyone can also enjoy some quiet and relaxation. The house can sleep 10 adults comfortably and with privacy.
The bunk house is separate from the main house but connected by a covered walkway.
Tanglewood is a highly appointed, luxurious, private Noosa holiday destination.

Unfortunately TANGLEWOOD is not wheelchair accessible.
There are two very generous sized Smart TVs - one in the main house and also in the bunk house with Netflix and other streaming apps available (Google Play, Stan etc)
Starter Pack - upon arrival you will be supplied with a Starter pack of essentials to get you through the commencement of your stay. This includes: Toilet paper, clothes washing detergent, dishwasher & dishwashing liquid sachets, tea, coffee pods, sugar, artisan olive oil and locally made Saya bathroom products.
PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES - Please note a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet applies. You are to note this in your booking request to obtain approval. We request just common sense to be used and that our guests kindly abide when bringing their pets to the house. No pets to sleep on any of the bedding but please feel free to bring pet beds otherwise we can arrange pet bed hire through our suppliers (at your cost).
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT DAYS FOR CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR 2022/23 - Bookings will only be available for 7 or 14 days during this time. Check in for this year will be on a Friday so either check in on Friday 23rd December or 30th December.

A damage deposit of $1500 is taken as part of the booking process. This is held until after your stay and refunded within 7 days once the property has been inspected and no damage has occurred.
STRICTLY No parties or functions of any sort are to be held without discussion with the owner. If you wish to have a small gathering of less than 15 people, please advise as we are happy to provide you with vendors that have previously worked at the property. All vendors entering the property must have the proper insurances in place otherwise they will not be permitted to enter. As the property is within a residential area we are restricted by noise regulations and ask that these are strictly adhered to. If there is a breach of these rules it will result in immediate termination of your booking, eviction from the property and the bond may also be withheld.
