Private Hideaway in Tewantin

Relax in this fabulous family holiday home; set over two levels in the heart of Old Tewantin, wide open spaces internally and externally gives you plenty of room for the whole family. The large balcony off the living areas overlooks the pool and has filtered views through the trees of the Noosa River.

Step into the house from the front porch or the double lock up garage and take one flight of stairs to the upper level, which has Powder Room, large Master Bedroom with Ensuite (spa bath, twin basins, separate shower and toilet), fabulous kitchen, lounge/dining area combined, with a large balcony off the living area which overlooks the pool and those filtered views to the Noosa River.

The Lower level of the house has the second bedroom with 2 single beds and third bedroom with Queen Bed. On this level is a second living room and office area, laundry, bathroom (shower only) and separate toilet.

Walking distance to the heart of Tewantin's shopping precinct and Tewantin Marina, 5 minute drive into Noosaville or a little further to Hastings Street.

Happy Holiday in Tewantin
The house was perfect for us. Very comfortable for the 6 of us. Loved the pool & location, out of the busy busy Noosa Heads, though very accessible. Peaceful, nice walks & surrounding country drives. The Ferry trip to Noosa was lovely & informative (though not cheap, more touristy) but the free buses in the holiday period was great. Close to the local RSL, Yacht Club and Noosaville restaurants. Couldn't want for more!

Great house, perfect location and plenty of room for the family.
We loved this house. We had 5 adults and 1 teenager and we had plenty of room. The house was very cool and airy with plenty of windows and fans. We stayed over the Christmas holidays and only needed to use the A/C once for a couple of hours. Tewantin is a great location, close enough to shops, Gympie Terrace and Hastings St yet you still feel like you are miles away from everywhere. The top back deck had great views up the river of fireworks on NYE. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house for 2 families.
Great home with main bedroom upstairs with a large kitchen Dining Room and lounge. Downstairs is 2 other bedrooms with separate bathroom and family room. Pool looked good but unfortunately the weather was not kind to us. Would differently stay there again

There was ample space; kitchen equipment excellent; Penny Road from Laguna Holiday Rentals responded to our calls and got things fixed. By the time we left, the Internet was functioning well, and there were 3 excellent television sets. The house is designed to keep heat out, although the 2 balconies did get some sun. The stairs gave us a few problems as there were no supporting rails for one section. We added masking tape to the steps to delineate the edge.

Lovely quiet house in Tewantin suburbs
Great house, very spacious, good for large family visiting, beautiful view, nice breeze. No BBQ, fans need updating, appear to only have 1 speed which is very fast. Pool fence was broken but real estate organised to get it fixed quickly. Large TV in living room also broke but house has 2 other TVs.

Awesome property
We really enjoyed our stay. House is beautiful and you couldnt ask for a better spot. Just 10 mins from Noosa itself. Close to the RSL (which was great!) and shops. Definitely would go back again :)

Great layout and impeccably clean
We stayed in the property with my two toddlers and in-laws. The property was spacious and well layed out. The pool was lovely and the kids thoroughly enjoyed their stay.
