Luxury 2 bedroom house-family getaway in bushland resort: beach,pool,spa,tennis.

Car ferry access but not 4x4 required.3 min.drive from home to the beach.

Our luxury 5 star estate has been designed in one of Australia's most scenic locations.

There are 48 free-standing homes,created to highlights uniqueness of the Noosa North Shore landscape .

Our 3 level home (250m2)with high ceilings was designed to capture cooling sea breezes.
On returning from excursions to the beach you have the option of dropping your wet towels in the laundry and refreshing yourself under your private outdoor shower before climbing the stairs leading from the carport to the first level of your home.

Once inside you'll appreciate the oversize open plan living areas including a large outdoor screened deck with alfresco doors and BBQ.You can enjoy dining with barbecue overlooking the forest.
Our kitchen is fully equipped ,with bosh fridge/freezer -ice maker.For your convenience there is Nespresso Coffee machine.
On the upper level generously appointed master suite with balcony.Additional 2nd bedroom and second bath provide peaceful retreats for rest and relaxation .

At the epicentre of this 5 star luxury estate is a breathtaking modern Leisure Centre which is absolutly free of charge for our guests.

Activities for adults and families can be found at the Club Room,which offers a pool table as well as Playstation,X-box and Nintendo consoles,all attached to large plasma screens.Foxtel with all sports and movies chanels.
Additionally,the centre has a tennis court with night lights and children playroom.There is also large grassed play area.

We have a solar heated 25m lap pool and children pools,a gas fired spa,poolside BBQ area,fully stocked adults and children's recreational areas.

A range of stunning natural landmarks,including Double Island Point,coloured sands of Rainbow Beach,Inskip Point and the World Heritage-listed Fraiser Island are in close proximity to our home.

Located between Noosa River and the Pacific Ocean,Noosa North Shore is a holiday playground of unspoilt nature ideally located for a wide range of outdoor activities,including equestrian activities,water sports,swimming,four wheel driving,bush walking,fishing,sailing etc.
The Noosa North Shore is one of the only regions in Australia that permits four wheel driving and horse riding along its ocean beaches.It is truly family paradise.

Lovely Beach House
Has everything utensil wise you could ever need. Lovely walk to Leisure Centre. Grounds and Pool and Games room very well kept. Not crazy busy which was nice. Take your own beach towels.

Great gateway
It is a lovely house built for a relaxing retreat. The location is lovely; however, having to pay $10 each way for a 30-second ferry ride to reach Noosa's head is quite annoying. Despite this inconvenience, we have a lovely time and recommend this stay.

Lovely house in gorgeous surrounds
We enjoyed our mini break here and the sense of being surrounded by nature. The house was immaculate and extremely well equipped. Our toddler was delighted to find a stash of toys too! The pool and recreational facilities were a little further away from the house than we had expected but that didn’t stop us from spending plenty of time in the water. All in all, a lovely escape.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have two small children and this place was perfect. It has everything you would need to make your stay easy. We especially loved the enclosed deck as we were able to enjoy this space no matter the weather.

Noosa North Shore getaway
Beautifully designed house that takes full advantage of the bushland setting, loved the two story indoor /outdoor atrium, so much fresh air! Relaxing non-stop birdsong. Very private, large bath, well stocked kitchen. The children loved the safe roads for bike riding and the kangaroos.

Stunning home in wonderful location
We spent a wonderful relaxing week in your beautifully presented home. Home is well equipped with everything you need and was very clean. The air coniditioners were also a blessing in the heat. Boys loved the pool area and the kangaroos that came up to the pool area at dusk. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!
