Luxurious Waterfront North Facing 5 bedroom House with pool, pontoon and Deep Water Access

This very spacious and inviting home has 2 separate entrances, kitchens, and living areas. It is truly perfect for separate families holidaying together or to separate adults from children The home connects through the living areas.
Please note that only family bookings are accepted for this property.

It has many advantages and features; luxuriously presented facing the north and sits on a canal with deep water access should you want to bring your water toys. There is also a magnificent pool, a secured yard, and is dog-friendly*

The pontoon can moor your own boat up to 9 meters in length, explore all the local canals, marinas, and waterfront properties as well as the reef, beaches, islands, or perhaps the Maroochy inlet or on to Noosa and beyond!

There is a sandy beach right in front of the property. Perfect for launching small watercraft like SUP’s and canoes. There are several boat launching ramps nearby, capable of handling any size trailerable vessel in safety.

5 very good-sized bedrooms with a King Bed and a Queen Bed on one side, 2 Queen Beds, and 2 Single Beds on the other side. All have ceiling fans. There are 2.5 bathrooms
Furthermore, it boasts 4 different living areas to accommodate everyone's comfort and space.
Amenities are plentiful, with air-conditioning in all living areas, fans throughout, WiFi and Smart TVs throughout, 2 Nespresso coffee machines, 3 dining areas, and Weber BBQ

Very private and has fencing all around the property. You may bring your dog, however absolutely by application only.

Amazingly well located, very close to Mooloolaba or Kawana beach, restaurants, shopping center, and parks for kids.

You may hire beach towels directly from G1 Holidays

We were on a family holiday with our sister and her kids. The house was absolutely amazing and accommodated all of us. The pool was a huge hit and having the bay water a few meters away looking out onto other beautiful houses was a spectacular way to wake up in the morning. Absolutely outstanding
