GROUND FLOOR:
Living Area: The bottom level boasts a spacious layout with the family room opening to a generous undercover outdoor area, perfect for both indoor and outdoor dining and entertaining.
Kitchen/Dining: Enjoy cooking in the stunning open-plan kitchen and dining area, fully equipped with top-quality modern appliances. Features include a stainless-steel freestanding 900mm 6-burner gas cooktop and electric oven, full-size fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and a complete set of serving utensils, cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses, pots, and pans. Basic condiments such as tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, and pepper are provided.
Lounge Room: The lounge room, located down the hall, is perfect for the kids while you enjoy some quiet time with a glass of wine in the living area or outdoors. It includes a double sofa bed and TV.
Study: A private study area, overlooking the private pool, is situated just off the lounge room.
Comfort: The home features ducted air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout.
Convenience: A half bath and a laundry with a washing machine and dryer are located on the ground level.
Outdoor Space: Relax in the atrium-style courtyard and take a dip in the sparkling tiled plunge pool, complete with a fountain. The private and secluded patio offers outdoor dining, seating, a BBQ, and a backyard for the younger ones to explore.
FIRST FLOOR:
The upstairs area features beautiful timber laminate flooring and comprises four spacious bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes. The entire home is filled with natural light and refreshing breezes.
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom includes a super king-size bed, a large walk-in robe, a luxurious ensuite with a full-sized spa bath, and an enormous private deck with beautiful parkland views.
Bedroom 2: This room has a queen bed.
Bedroom 3: This room includes a queen bed, a single bed, and a private balcony.
Bedroom 4: This room is equipped with three single beds, consisting of one bunk bed and one single bed.
Second Bathroom: A full bathroom with a bathtub is located on the first floor, conveniently close to the bedrooms.
We provide hotel-quality linen through a professional laundering service. All bedding, bath towels/mats, and tea towels are included in the cleaning fee.
Guest Access:
Entire property available for guest use. There will be a lockbox with a code to access the key for easy, self check in.

The Neighborhood:
Property is located on a quiet family friendly street which is perfect to have a morning stroll along the paths exploring nearby Mudjimba and Marcoola through to Mount Coolum or work on your golf game at the nearby internationally recognised Twin Waters Golf Club.
If you wish to watch the water activity find Noojor Road and take yourself towards the water where you can swim and fish and call yourselves locals for awhile.

Getting Around:
Everything you need is all within a short drive or even walk! Shops, cafes, restaurants etc. Ample public transport. Sunshine Motorway is only a few minutes away.

No parties or events to be held at the property.
The canal is a short walking distance from the home. The house is not located on the canal itself.
Unfortunately we do not accept bookings for school leavers.
Strictly must be over the age of 25 to book.
