Combining premium positioning with flair & functionality, this beachside home is very family oriented, with an open plan that features a large yet cosy movie area downstairs. With tall ceilings and plenty of natural light, this home is fit for an escape where spending hours at the beach surfing or swimming are at the top of the agenda!
The Space:
Within meters to Dicky Beach, this stylish yet functional coastal abode is great for holiday-goers looking for low maintenance living close to the beach. Spanning across two levels, the downstairs area is very communal with its large eight-seater sofa that is positioned in front of a smart TV. The space sleeps 4 downstairs with a queen bed and 1 single bed/1 trundle with a curtain to separate the living space. Downstairs also features a laundry space equipped with a washer and dryer.
At a glance, the upstairs portion of the home has a light and bright open plan living, kitchen and dining area with bifold shutters to invite local sea breezes to flow throughout the space. The open-plan living area features a well-equipped kitchen fitted with countless appliances and utensils. The lounge space contains seating for five to relax and play a card game or two or watch a movie on the smart TV. The dining area is an extension off the living area with room for six to sit down, share a meal and enjoy each other’s company.
Downstairs:
Open plan living space, with comfortable eight-seater couch opposite a smart TV. The living space also has a queen bed, 1 single bed, 1 trundle bed adjacent to the living area with a curtain to separate.

Two armchairs and a three-seater couch opposite a smart TV with access to applications such as Netflix. 6-seater dining table.
Bedroom 1 (master):
Queen-sized bed with a built-in-wardrobe, ceiling fan, air-conditioning unit and a private balcony with views of the garden below.
Bedroom 2:
Queen-sized bed with a built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan.
Bathroom 2: Large dual shower, vanity, sink and a separate toilet.
Outdoors:
Outdoor shower and a garden for kids to play.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home along with space to park one car in the garage and one car on the driveway. There is also an abundance of free street parking. Please note the driveway is shared with the neighbouring duplex.
The Neighborhood:
Swimmers and surfers are spoilt for choice here with Currimundi, Dicky, Moffat and Shelly Beaches all within easy reach. The home is one block from the famous Dicky Beach and Surf Club. Explore the area on foot or take a bike around and visit all of Caloundra’s best beaches; all are within minutes of each other. There are plenty of shops and cafes in the Caloundra area, and a wide range of coastal activities available. Easy to take a day trip to Aqua Fun Park, Australia Zoo, Underwater World Sea Life, Mooloolaba, and so many great restaurants too. Take a 30-minute car trip to Maleny, Montville, Kondalilla Waterfalls, Noosa National Park. The Sunshine Coast has plenty to explore!
Getting Around:
The closest beach (Dicky Beach) is across the road (1-minute walk) and is great for a beach-walk, surfing, kite surfing or paddle boarding. The home is central to lots of activities and attractions:
Maroochydore airport is a 25-minute drive
- Brisbane airport is a 65-minute drive
- Australia Zoo is a 30-minute drive
- Kawana Shopping World & Cinema is a 15-minute drive
- Large new Sunshine Coast University hospital is a 10-minute drive
- Mooloolaba/ Underwater World (Sea Life) is a 15-minute drive
- Downtown Caloundra is a 5-minute drive
A 30-minute car trip will take you to Maleny, Montville, Kondalilla Waterfalls, or Noosa National Park, the Sunshine Coast has plenty to explore!
Other Things to Note:
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
