A cozy holiday house located close to Golden Beach. Only a short distance walking and you can enjoy paddling in the cool waters of Pumicestone Passage. A safe and quiet area you can relax in comfort and even bring a small dog with you.

The bedding configuration is one Queen Bed in the main bedroom and four single bed in the second bedroom. Ceiling fans are throughout.

With a fully equipped kitchen and large back yard, this property is perfect for your next budget family holiday. This house is also fully screened for your comfort.

Local shops and shopping centres are within walking distance and you can even utilize the courtesy buses from the service clubs if you want to enjoy an evening of dance and dinner.

Please note the back shed is for owners use only and even though there is a dish on the roof in the photos there is NO cable TV. The property also has a secure garage.

Linen is included . Please note beds are not made due the linen hire company used unless stated.

As property is pet friendly and your pet is allowed outside only, we also ask you to please make sure you clean up after your animal or extra charges may apply, you help in this matter is greatly appreciated. 2 Dogs Allowed and Outside only. Fantastic house close to the beach
We stayed here for 10 days in July, as a family of 5 consisting of 2 adults, 6-year-old, 2-year-old, and 7-week-old baby. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend for a young family. The house is clean, tidy, but a little bit dated and could do with a refresh. Both bedrooms are huge and all the beds are super comfy. The selling point is the fully-enclosed backyard where we could send the kids out to play with no worries about them getting close to the road or escaping. Excellent facilities meant we could pack light and wash our clothes every few days. Well equipped kitchen to prepare some simple meals. No high chairs or cots, so we borrowed them from family and friends in the area. Fresh linens were provided by a laundry service and all blankets and duvets were in the cupboards. Our only critique is that it got a bit cold at night, so a space heater would have been a good addition (there are electric fans in the wardrobes). You can’t beat the location just a 5-min walk to Golden Beach and all the wonderful cafes and walking paths. We were so happy with the place and will definitely stay there again when we visit our family on the Sunshine Coast.

Desperate need of cleaning & maintenance
This property when we entered it smelt putrid musty with the smell of vinegar from cleaning. We wanted to leave there & then!! Even with airing it still smelt. The lounge needs a clean as do the dusty curtains. Not an enjoyable place to stay. The front door lock needed repair & the overgrown weeds needed the mower man to come in while we were there:( .
