3 bedroom waterfront home Large dock and great swim area 4 KAYAKS + PADDLEBOAT

Enjoy all the lake has to offer from a perfect 10mm location! Our 3 bed 2 bath lakefront home is right on the water with just a few steps to the dock where you’ll find a 28’ boat slip, a large swim platform and wet steps stairs right into the lake. Plenty of furniture on the deck for your whole group including a table and chairs for lakeside dining. Plenty of parking and trailer storage to bring your boat. Beautiful end of cove location with great water for swimming for a private, peaceful getaway. Enjoy the 4 kayaks provided plus our paddleboat to explore the area and fish right from the dock!

New HVAC for our 2025 season!




We have removed our boat lifts to accommodate more guests.

We have have approximately 8’ of water under the dock in season and a deeper channel through our cove for great swimming and easy boat access.

Ameren lowers lake levels over the winter and returns it to normal by may. Our cove is still navigable by boat year round.

Great Lake cottage

We loved our stay on the Lake of the Ozark. We were at the end of the cove so it was extremely peaceful and my boys fished and kayaked. Overall we loved it from the ease of booking, communication with the property manager and the house was perfect

Wonderful stay
We loved staying at this property. The owner was very helpful and took phone calls whenever. Would definitely go back. We have 3 sons, ages 20, 17, and 12. They loved the fishing and using kayaks.

Bice little lakefront cabin
Plenty of parking, quiet calm cove, very relaxing and beautiful, cabin is nice, clean, and updated. the boat dock and boat lift are very nice and easy to use. worked perfectly for our bass fishing boat. The property owner is very responsive and easy to contact if you have any questions or concerns. we truly enjoyed and would definitely stay here again!

My 2 sons and I stayed for 2 nights. Very nice home in a mostly secluded cove. Nice and quiet which is what we were looking for. Fishing was ok and the dock is large with plenty of places to sit and watch the ducks, deer, hawks, turtles, etc., which as city dwellers we truly enjoyed. Highly recommend.

This property is absolutely amazing it is the last property in a secluded cove where there are a ton of fish and turtles around the dock each day and deer that drink from The cove each evening. The house is beautiful and has all the accommodations one would need. The property is very quiet and super peaceful.

Excellent Experience
We had such a wonderful time on your stay. Nick was so easy to work with and really wanted to make sure that we enjoyed ourselves in his home. Our teens loved the kayaks. Our boat loved the lift! My husband loved the calm cove and dock for fishing. You can’t beat this rental at the lake!

Cozy and Relaxing
We stayed an entire week and had an awesome stay with our three grown children. The house is cozy and homey and had about everything we needed. We had plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable. The dock is awesome with great sitting areas and a nice ladder making it easy for my elderly parents to get in and out of the water. The cove is beautiful and we saw deer and ducks and other wildlife throughout each day. Nick was easy to get ahold of when we had questions and very prompt in getting back with us. We would definitely stay again in the future!

Spring getaway
Overall, this property was great for a long weekend getaway. We came down for our first spoonbill snagging adventure and had a fabulous time! Comfortable, clean space with all cooking utensils available. We were a bit bummed to learn that when the water is low, it's only about 1-2feet deep at the dock. We were looking to fishing there a bit from the dock and were not able to. Master bedroom was great. The other rooms seemed to have full size beds rather than queens as listed. But overall, would recommend for the location and price!

Long Weekend at the Lake
We enjoyed a long weekend at the lake with 2 couples in this home. The pictures are exactly what you get! The owner was easy to work with and very responsive to emails before we arrived and texts while we were there! It was one of the best stocked homes we’ve ever rented, which was really really nice. Plenty of towels, TP, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, etc. We spent most of our time on the dock fishing, swimming, kayaking and enjoying all the wildlife in the peaceful cove. We brought our 26 ft open bow- it fit perfect in the slip and the use of the lift was really nice! Water depth under the pier was 6-8ft, we had no issues. We will definitely rent again!

Comfy & Relaxing spot on LOZ
My spouse and I, along with our 13 year old and her 12 year old friend, stayed at the lake house for a week in mid August. The 3BR home is comfortable, clean, cutely styled, with plenty of cookware and smart TVs in the open concept living area plus all 3 bedrooms. We slept very well on the beds. The placement of the home/dock on the lake is about as private as one can find on LOZ in my estimation, there are no neighbors on one side of the home/dock and plenty of room to swim and float on the provided water noodles. We took the kayaks out multiple times and many fish were caught and released off the spacious dock, which had lots of seating options and good lighting in the evenings. The home is a short driving distance from restaurants and boat rental options. We had great communication with our host as well. We had a great time and would return to stay here again.

Got away with a few buddies for the weekend for a small gathering prior to a wedding, was a great set up, beautiful view of small cove off dock, easy access, quick access to surrounding areas via car. Highly recommend renting from Nick!

Peaceful Cove
The listing was accurate. We did not encounter any issues at the property. The location is quiet and peaceful. We fished off the dock every day. Nick was quick to respond to any questions I had for him. It was a very peaceful stay.

House was great and private, dock was pretty nice! If anything I wish there were water run to it, but not a big deal!! Plenty of room to fit a 51 Outerlimits back in the cove and no worry of the boat getting beat up from wakes!!
