"This location looks aged and sketchy. The people around it look questionable. The cost is suspiciously reasonable.However, this is the cleanest room I've ever seen! No hairs, dust, specks on the carpet or stains on the sheets. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only noise was from the road. My only complaint is a lot of people smoke outside around the office. If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, ask for a room further away. Otherwise, great little spot to stay! "

"We were in town for my neice's bat mitzvah and washed a house with space for all of the or of town guests to hang out. The house was perfect. My only complaint was a lack of soap and shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms and barely enough toilet paper for a group of 8 people "

"The house was perfect for our family Christmas weekend. Plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen and dining area overlooks the Rogue River, beautiful! The house was decorated for Christmas, which was great. Even though it was raining a bit, we enjoyed the fire pit with the kids (& adults) making s'mores and roasting cheese and deli meats. We will definitely keep this place in mind for additional gatherings in the Rogue River area."
