"i have booked family suite. The air conditioner is not working and the room have the bad smell. Luckily afyer complain they willing to change another room for us. However, the room still having bad smell and the bed is not clean which you could fell it. The blanket a lot of dust and make nose itchy. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel. The attitude of staff is okay."

"Very basic room. Shower sometimes not working and when it did, poor water pressure. Wash basin one tap with very poor flow of cold water. Towels very thin and old,"
