"There are so many misrepresentation in ad and the actual property: The address in VRBO was different than the actual property’s address . Property suppose to have a lake view however it was facing to a lagoon which no swimming was allowed. This property suppose to have 8 Bed rooms per VRBO however there are only 5 bedrooms. The property should have AC and fan however there are fans only . It was hot.. Beds should be enough for 15 people however the two aired camping beds were not working...

It would have been better if the owner had checked the heating system prior to our arrival, as it took a significant amount of time for the cottage to warm up. However, the biggest problem we encountered was with the water supply. When ten people are renting a place, it is important to consider their needs for bathing, using the toilets, and doing laundry and dishes. "There are quite a few things to be aware of with this property. 1. Dock boards are loose and when you walk they move. A few of the kids lost several layers of skin from stubbing their toes when fishing. 2. Cleanliness was around a 5/10 3. No window coverings to keep the room dark in the morning so everyone was up at 6:30 4. Fishing rods were completely a mess and I took 4 hours to clean them up for use. 5. The view is spectacular, great neighbors on both sides, the beds were very low end...

"Family vacation near Toronto so we could spend some time outside and visit places like the zoo. The area was great and being so close to Port Perry was a delight. The cottage was exceptionally clean and well put together just as advertised. It was an incredibly hot week so the air conditioning was a huge plus. The kids had lots to do and I would recommend this place to anyone."

"The place was nice BUT not as advertised. The beds and the living room pictures were different than was shown and a day after we were they they updated the pictures. The add said there was a 12 foot boat, and I had to push the issue to finally find out there is no longer a boat. The living room furniture is incredibly uncomfortable."
