"This was a lovely property with plenty of amenities for a longer stay. It was clean and had plenty of room for our party. We had a last minute addition and it worked out perfectly. Only wish the listing didn't say Owings in the address because we thought we were closer to the event we were attending. The extra 10 min. didn't hurt. I would recommend this quiet, pretty location."

We loved the screened porch for morning coffee, the bench on the dock for a sunset drink, and a lovely pool area to wile away the day. We used the kayaks and the bikes. "Loved it! This charming beach cottage was the perfect place to stay while attending wedding weekend events at Herrington Harbour and North Beach. The property was meticulously maintained. We were welcomed with a personal note. There was easy access to the property and clear directions for our stay. The cottage had very comfortable space to gather or have privacy. It was a short walk to dining, shops and the beach. Highly recommend!"

"This property was exactly what we were looking for in our weekend stay visiting our Midshipman. The cottage was only a 30 min drive to the Yard and provided a peaceful retreat from the hussle/bussle of DTA. The cottage offered expansive water views and the outdoor space/dock was perfect for watching the boats and wildlife. The kitchen was amply stocked formour needs and the beds were comfy. "The Point of View was a wonderful location! My wife continues to rave about this place with friends. We loved the view, the cool breezes on hot days, the daily entertainment from a variety of birds: osprey, great blue heron, white heron, egrets, etc. We plan to definitely go back. Maria, the hostess was very helpful. She surprised us with a welcome basket of wine and snacks and well wishes for our anniversary. You've got to check out The Country Store!!"
