FIRE EXIT STAIRS located through door in Master Bedroom and only use for emergency. Fire extinguisher underneath kitchen sink & immediately outside front door in cabinet.
CONDO ASSOCIATION RULES for RENTERS:
NO DOGS, NO ANIMALS - no exceptions.
NO BBQ's; NO CANDLES; NO SMOKING anywhere on property including balconies & lobby
NO GUNS or Sporting Equipment inside Condo/Lobby.
No dangerous devices, no drones or chemicals inside or outside the condo.
Plenty of open parking available all outdoors. Trailers, motor homes, boats, campers, etc, cannot park on premises, but can unload temporarily.
Cars may not block walkways/entrances - will be towed.
Park bikes in racks provided outside.
Do not hang laundry outside.
Skis-Sport Equipment etc stored only in lobby lockers provided- not inside condo or in hallways.
QUIET after 9PM
Condo is NOT Childproof. Owner CANNOT be responsible for childproofing.
