Location is everything!
Our two families had a fabulous long weekend at the condo. Being walking distance to the Resort and having access to their amenities really makes the difference! While we had our challenges obtaining the amenities passes, we did get them after several phone calls, and no one had any problem with 6 of us using the pools even though we only had 5 passes. The condo exterior deck is wonderful and the whole surrounding area feels like a park. The interior of the condo is a bit dated and worn, the kitchen/living areas somewhat cramped, but overall we had a great experience and look forward to coming back!

Weekend getaway
This was a perfect place for a weekend getaway! Beds were awesome, was super clean and had a ton of kitchen utensils etc! We had a great time and loved using the lodge pool. The customer service was awesome too!

Great Place to Stay
Really clean and nice condo. Love that it is right in the Sun Valley property. This whole chunk of condos has been there a while and they aren't crazy fancy or anything but they are really functional and clean and are in an awesome spot. And access to the pool at the Inn makes it even better!

Comfortable Sun Valley Lodging
Location is within walking distance to the Sun Valley Lodge and amenities. The layout is functional for our group of 7 adults and 2 toddlers. The deck is large and comfortable. The condo is very clean with tasteful artwork and supple quality linens. Could use a little attention to some minor issues but nothing that would prevent us from staying here in the future. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy our holiday at this location!

Large place, great Location and pool access
We booked this place because it was large, close the the SV village and had pool/amenity passes for the SV Inn pool. The place was quiet and comfortable. The parking was close too. I do wish the first floor bathroom fan was quieter because I was concerned that it was too loud for the neighbors.

Convenient. Priced for quality
The price is equal to the quality of the place. The Kitchen and living room area are very old and outdated. Furniture needs to be replaced. Couches are torn and covered with furniture covers that don't fit properly. Kitchen Plates, cups, cookware is a mix of many different things and cabinets are too full with everything so hard to get out stuff when needed. Also, low quality paper towels and toilet paper lead to overuse of products. However, bathrooms are very nice and patio looks out to a beautiful courtyard area. Also, resort passes are NOT for the Sun Valley Resort only for Sun Valley Inn and were a big hassle to pickup at the front office.

The place was great and clean, with a good location. The upstairs toilet kept clogging, despite two attempts to fix it by the property manager. Hopefully it is no longer a problem.

It was a great place. Very accommodating.
We loved the location, very close to everything. Walking distance to Dollar Mountain. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is practically everything you need to cook with. Kitchen is a but small but everything else is roomy and accommodating. Lots of positives and the negatives are few but make sense. I would offer complimentary coffee? Maybe a discount to the ski slopes? My last suggestion would be to offer the option for a late check out? We needed an extra hour on Christmas and were told that was not an option? Other than those few things everything was great, affordable and we would stay here again and offer to a friend.

Fills the needs
Nice place with minor problems. Up bath fan and some outlets were not working. Trash day is Friday so the the trash bin was full when we checked in. In fairness the management team responded quickly and emptied the bin so we had somewhere to deposit our trash. The rest was all good:

Misleading Ad
House was nice and a great place. Amenities passes were promised but not available because the unit owners had not renewed them. We rented two units specifically in this complex with Sun Valley amenity passes. Called the day of arrival and were told it would be taken care of and we would get a call back shortly. Long story short… 8 phone calls to property management throughout the stay without one call back even though we were promised the passes were ready and being delivered to us within a half hour. Delivery never happened and still waiting for that call back about passes. Vacasa was impossible to deal with. Not helpful at all and frankly kept over promising things would be taken care of but they never were. This was an extremely disappointing rental. Only reason we booked this house was so we could use the passes with another family that booked a unit in the same complex. Kids were not able to swim on our summer vacation. Terrible experience with VRBO / Vacasa. The house was nice, but unfortunately our summer vacation was kind of ruined. We will not be booking again with any property managed by Vacasa. I would advise the owners of the property to find a better management company as the house and patio were great but the overall experience was terrible.

Amazing Condo
We loved our stay in this beautiful and cozy condo in Sun Valley. Great entertainers deck outside with table and couches and chairs. Comfy furniture and beds. Super clean and well lit. Amazing location within walking distance of Sun Valley Village and included Sun Valley amenities. Would definitely book here again in the future!

sun Valley, the house was fine but the furnishings where unsatisfactory. There was not a table and chairs on the big deck it was completely empty. Hard to enjoy the beautiful environment with out just sitting on the floor. You really shouldn't be charging such outrageous fees for inadequate furnishings.

Great home
It is well furnished , clean and very comfortable! This is our second stay we really like the unit and we would stay again. What could be improved are - the blinds didn’t come down all the way in the bedrooms so early morning sun was impossible to avoid. Note to vacasa - the unit needs pot holders !

Beautiful complex in a great location!
The condo itself is beautiful- It's an amazing complex that's very well taken care of, and when we rented (mid June) it was very quiet. The grounds are immaculate and the location is tough to beat. The condo itself is slightly dated, but overall is a great place to stay for any group!

Comfortable condo
Had a great weekend at Sun Valley. Condo is cute and comfortable with nice fireplace and sitting area. Could use a decent facelift to update cabinets, bedding, carpet. Kitchen and table are quite small. But we were a group of guys and it worked just fine for our crew. Condo was clean, warm, and great location.

Great Place!
We really loved staying at the condo and it was perfect for our group's needs...they even provided a pack n' play for our little one! The fireplace and amenities were wonderful and the location could not have been better. It was quiet and warm (we went for spring skiing) and we could not have been happier! Thank you!!!

Nice Condo
