Lake Front Family Beach House w/ large yard and hot tub

Drive to where the paved road ends and relax with your family and friends on 180 feet of beach and an acre of private lawn. Located on Adams Lake. Boat launch is within a short distance and buoy/ anchor system available to tie your boat up. Choose from 5 subtly themed bedrooms - Western, Paddle, Pipe-dream, Garden and Forest . Two full kitchens, three bathrooms, laundry and parking available. Explore local forestry roads or old skid trails on foot or mountain bike. Horse pasture available.

For water sports there are 2 paddle boards, 3 sit on kayaks for kids, 1 double adult kayak, 1 peddle boat, 1 row boat and various size life jackets.

All linens including the duvet and towels are of hotel/motel standard and are laundered before the arrival of each guest. Electronic charging ports are available in some bedrooms

Guest access
Guests are welcome to the whole home, beach, lawn area. Areas closed to guests are the shop, vegetable garden and covered pavilion unless requested for use.

Parking
There are 6 parking spots available at the house. Arrangements for additional parking can be made if needed.

Other things to note
The beach may be reduced in area during the months of June and July due to high water levels.

High Speed Internet available through Starlink.

Drinking Water
The tap water is potable but not a municipal supply so it is recommended to provide your own drinking water.

Beach Towels
1 Beach towel per guest will be provided during your stay.

Boat Access
There is an anchor and buoy system available to tie your boat up to and the public boat launch is 1 min drive from home.

Outdoor Fires
There is an outdoor fire pit and firewood available. Additional firewood may be purchased for a small fee. During fire bans a propane fire pit and propane tank will be provided. Additional propane can be purchased.

Maintenance
For the upkeep of the property during daytime hours you may see the outdoor maintenance workers from time to time.

Septic System
The house is on a septic systems please be mindful of this. Please flush only toilet paper down the toilet.
