No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Any violation of this policy will result in an additional fee being charged.

No Parties: Parties are not permitted on the property.
Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed is 8. Any additional guests not listed in the booking confirmation will incur extra fees per person, per night. Unauthorized extra guests beyond the 8-person limit, will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
•Noise and Smoke Monitoring: We have Minut noise detection devices inside the living rooms of the property. These devices monitor noise levels and smoking only (they do not record audio) and are strictly in place to prevent parties and smoking within the house. Please note, regular household noises—such as those from families or small gatherings—are perfectly fine and will not trigger the detectors. Our goal is simply to maintain a peaceful atmosphere and ensure that the home remains safe and enjoyable for everyone.
