"We loved the location of this holiday house! One street up was the main drag and down another street you were at the main beach. We loved being so close to everything!!! The house was perfect for us with a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable couch and eating area as well. We didn’t sit out in the back as the outdoor table was beside the air-con unit and we felt the area was a bit cramped. The only suggestion I have is a deep clean, wipe down walls and bathroom doors and give the house a really...

"We absolutely loved the expansive open plan upstairs area with fully equipped kitchen and comfy seating and generous dining table. The deck and scenic water views across Swan Bay just added to the feeling of spaciousness. The house is on a busy main road, but the traffic noise did not bother us at all. We felt that the open scenery more than made up for it. Would happily stay again. A very homely and well-located base from which to explore Phillip Island."

"We decided to have a family getaway with the kids and this property was the best! Had everything to keep the kids entertained and very comfortable for the adults. Hosts were very accommodating and allowed late check out so we can give the kids naps and lunch before our long journey home. "

"We booked to celebrate our anniversary. It was a unique experience without having to travel too far from home. Peaceful surrounds, quirky decor, a very cool microwave from the future, nice shower, bathroom and kitchen. It was lovely."

"I stayed with a friend for 2 nights and it was a lovely place. Very clean with comfortable furnishings and everything you need to enjoy a weekend away. Communication with hosts was awesome and we were even offered early check in and late checkout which was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay on the peninsula!"

"The house is a close walk to the beach and has four bedrooms, which is great for a family. Unfortunately, the bed in the front room is broken and not safe to use.The backyard is not suitable for children, there is rubbish, junk, broken glass in piles. The screen door to the back needs repair, the dishwasher was broken and it was difficult to light the stove. It requires a flame/lighter and a working one is not supplied. The bathroom cabinets are also falling apart. The blinds are not...

"Fantastic resort with a great kids area, breakfast well priced, pool and spa is amazing. In room ammenities were great, and included pool towels. Dual balconies helped escape the wind chill in the morning and bed pillows were very comfortable!"
