"Quick overnight stay. Our room was fine for one night. No view at all . More if you wanted that. Bed comfortable and shower good. Lovely ocean view restaurant at front of place which was shut on Sundays. Great walk into town on the ocean front. Only took 15mins."

"Fabulous resort .We were there for a wedding and could not fault a thing . Staff were fantastic . Good food overall . Breakfast was a bit of mayhem as the resort was very full but didn’t have to wait in the queue for too long.loved the quiet adult pool area."

"Rydges is great accommodation, walking distance to most things & and in house dining if you want. A particular bonus is that is right on the harbor, so you see a lot of boats (large & small) going right past your window! Gym arrangements were awesome. Car parking was an unexpected additional cost and inconvenience."

"We love staying at the Newcastle Holiday Inn Express IHG. Every thing is clean, comfortable, convenient for our purposes. The staff are always very lovely, friendly and helpful at all times. We often stay due to medical appointments in Newcastle area. We love the location as we are close to medical, and clise enough to the harbour to be able to get out and excerise and enoy the beautiful harbour foreshore walk ways. "From the first few minutes of waking into the hotel to the last moment we walked out, we were blown away with how fantastic the staff were. " The hotel lobby and ground floor in general is very nice and appealing but when we headed up stairs the halls were quite old and just the opposite of the fresh and lovely smelling, modern lobby. We did enjoy the self check in and check out. I thought that was very smart and the machines were very easy to use.
