Latitudes - Ocean front with pool

This tropical 6 bedroom 4 bath oceanfront home has a private pool and huge outdoor living space. There is beach access, shared dock space and an outdoor gazebo to watch sunsets. Their is a 3rd story balcony that offers spectacular views of the sunrise and sunset.
You can bring up to a 24' boat or paddle out on one of the shared kayaks onsite. Fully equipped kitchen, linens, beach towels, a propane BBQ grill and 2 washer/dryers.

You will find both a Queen bedroom with an ensuite, and a Queen bedroom with a hall bath downstairs. Upstairs are two Queen bedrooms with a shared hall bath, and a master with a Queen bed and private balcony. There is a bonus sitting room with a pull-out sofa and privacy located next to the upstairs master.

Cudjoe Key is the perfect get away spot...removed from the hassle but close enough to enjoy Key West or Bahia Honda State Park in about 20 minutes!

Uber, Lyft and Taxis area available as well as Public Bus transportation. It is recommended that you have a car

Prior to your stay we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.

This home is priced based on the number of guests. The base rate is for up to 6 guests. Additional guests fee is $20 per night per person.


Our Cancellation policy is:
Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation in writing 90 days or more before your arrival, you will receive a full refund, less a cancellation fee of $25.00 and Administrative fee. If you cancel less than 90 days before arrival, your payment and any prepaid rent will be refunded only if we are able to procure another rental for that same period. If no rental is procured, you will lose your payment and any prepaid rent, not to exceed the amount of your rental. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, there will be no refund. If The Florida Keys are closed to visitors because of the COVID-19 pandemic for your arrival date, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule your reservation or receive a refund.

Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver: Instead of charging a security deposit, Host charges a non-refundable $74 damage waiver fee that covers up to $3000 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions.

Perfect Stay!
We were a group of 9 adults and the house was perfect for us! It is equipped with everything we needed for the week. The pool was wonderful and well used during our stay. One of our group fished from the dock nearly every day and used the kayaks as well. We loved it so much, we already booked for next year!

Perfect Two Week Getaway with the Family

The house was very clean! Had everything we needed. Kayaks were utilized and had life jackets. Plenty of beach towels!! Refrigerator down in the patio area was very convenient. Overall a great house. Definitely would stay again!!

AWESOME TIME
Our family came to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday and we had a great time! The house was large enough to accommodate 12 of us easily, the pool was a comfortable temp although a bit salty, the downstairs seating area was where we spent most of our time enjoying the breezes off the ocean, and the view was beautiful. The location was great with access to Key West for all our excursions and nightlife on Duval St. We would highly recommend this home!

Fantastic Seaside Getaway
We loved this place. We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to make this a very comfortable place. The home was in a good location at the Keys to travel north or south. Poolside was exactly what we wanted and the views are absolutely beautiful! We had a fantastic vacation and spent lots of time onsite.

Great stay on the water in the Keys
This beach house is gorgeous! It fit our entire extended family comfortably and had plenty space and bathrooms for all of us. We loved the open living area along with a beautiful large porch to watch sunsets from. The pool is large and warm. Our children enjoyed fishing off the dock. The house is conveniently located with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The management team was great to work with. Would definitely recommend this place!

The house was as advertised. Beautiful inside and out. Communication with the property manager, Amy, was excellent. This was our fourth year to come to Key West and this was the BEST. Definitely will try to rent this property next year.

Amazing Week on the Ocean!
We shared the house with 3 families, lots of kids. It was the perfect place for all of us. The pool was a big hit, the dock was used for fishing the entire week, the house was loved! Tons of space, everything we needed was supplied. We hope to come back!

Fantastic Week at Latitudes!
We enjoyed a wonderful week at this house and property! The location and view is amazing and the home what spotless. Our children, adults and preteen, loved the pool with the “cool” lights. The iguanas and curly tailed lizards were fun and never bothered anyone. Will definitely recommend this house to everyone!

Enjoyable stay
Beautiful property, right at the waterfront, We enjoyed walking up to the view of the Atlantic Ocean every morning. Three are 3 kayaks on the property that we used to go out into the ocean and that worked great too. The house is huge and easily accommodated our party of 8. The 4 bathrooms made things very convenient. Cudjoe Key doesn't have a lot going on but Key west is only 30 minutes away and has a lot of attractions. All in all, highly recommended!

Had a nice week long stay. All issues were immediately taken care of and were minor. House was clean and new. Fishing off the dock was fun. Easy access to the water and all local areas. We spent most of our time at the house hanging out by the pool.

Great house, needs a few details
The home layout is fantastic, we loved the separate spaces for our families, the heavy shade by the pool, and numerous king size beds. We loved the location and have stayed just a few houses down before. They have kayaks and the water out back has starfish, sharks, and lots to see when kayaking. The house is great, new, clean. It's a house we love to rent but with flip-level work quality, you wouldn't want to own it. Both pool gates were broken, knobs fell off in our hands, a towel rack fell off, another was close behind, no lock on a bedroom door, no window coverings on bedroom windows, etc. None of these were big issues for us that would keep us from renting, but would be simple for a handyman to fix in a couple hours and make the house feel higher end, which it should be at this price point. Other improvements that should be made is the inventory in the kitchen, the plates and cups are largely chipped and simply not durable enough for this application, there was no lighter, no baking dishes, very few plastic dishes/cups. Again, no deal breaker but it would be so easy to remedy and give this property an edge. Finally, we would have loved to see some children's size life jackets for the kayaks, there were just a few faded adult sizes. We chalked these shortcomings up to new-ness and that these things will come the longer it's a rental. On the positive, there were plenty of towels, dishwasher & laundry detergent, basic spices/oil, two sets of washer/dryers, & 2 fridges!

Amazing home, great location
Beautiful home located on the water and nearby several great restaurants. Only 25 min to Key West. I would highly recommend this property to anyone searching this area for a vacation rental.

Birthday Month Celebrations
The house is located close to Key West avoiding the long drive to other Keys. There are excellent restaurants right on Cudjoe and great charters to do back country fishing. Bahia Honda is beautiful beach to visit which is also close by. Property has a nice pool and room to fish from the dock. Can’t go wrong with the property if you are looking for 4 bath and 4 bedrooms L.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Cudjoe Key home! Our family thoroughly enjoyed every moment, and it quickly became a highlight of our trip. The house was incredibly accommodating, perfectly suited for all of us, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet yet close enough to all the attractions we wanted to explore. Whether we were heading out for a day of adventure or just relaxing, it was the perfect base. The house itself was excellently maintained and well-equipped with everything we needed, from the kitchen to the living spaces. It’s clear that the owners have put a lot of thought into making sure guests have a comfortable and hassle-free experience. The pool was a huge hit with everyone! We spent countless hours swimming and lounging by the water, enjoying the beautiful surroundings. It was a wonderful way to unwind after a day of exploring the Keys. We would definitely stay here again! This home exceeded our expectations and made our vacation truly memorable. Highly recommend!

Excellent Property for our group of 8.
This house and location were perfect for us to use as our base of operations. We rented a boat and dove everyday. The nearby businesses had everything we needed for our week that we couldnt get from the ocean. With 4 couples under one roof was worried about space... but the house was large and comfy. We had a completely unused bedroom and could have had 10 people in this house no problem. We cooked in and dined out, the kitchen is well laid out and everything you need for meal prep and cooking is there. The view is excellent, and fish cleaning station on the dock was really handy for us. My only gripe was the hot water heater never got from warm to hot in the upstairs showers (regardless to if you were 1st or 8th). I still give it 5/5 though. I would rent this house again with a group of 5-10.
