"It is a great place if you just want to have some days of quietness as your holidays. The hotel is clean, the rooms are specious, the food is all right and the staff are nice ( Very little/ no English, though. For a us, who don't speak/ understand German, could be a little challenging). We had a few issues, that sort of spoiled our satisfaction to some extent. 1. "Wir haben eine tolle Woche im Chalet Nummer 3 verbracht. Das Haus war toll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern und der guten Seele Frau Adler war vorbildlich. Die Lage ist hervorragend und man erreicht die schöne Innenstadt von Wenigerode fußläufig in wenigen Minuten. Wir kommen sicher wieder!"

"Room was nice and clean. Most of the staff were great except one of the reception staff was a little rude when I went to check in; the gentleman that did check me in was great. Parking was easy and right next to the hotel and they had a HUGE breakfast selection! "
