"I contacted the hotel in middle of the night to arrange airport transfer. They replied within 5 minutes & that gave me confidence that they look after their guests. Room was was spacious, nice and cleaned daily. I requested a room change and this was done without hesitation. I reported minor damage to a floor tile & this was repaired within 30 minutes & checked by Mr Sirak. Very efficient. The hotel is in Bole region, in South Gate Plaza.
