"The room is big enough, clean, very quiet, it has good bedding including good pillows. The restaurant has very good food, we enjoyed a delicious dinner, we had fillet and pierogi. next morning , we enjoyed the breakfast, good coffee and juices, also the bread is very fresh "

"Everything was amazing at this hotel. Great location, only a 15 minute walk into the Old Town. Room was cleaned everyday and was always warm. Breakfast had great options and was beautifully presented. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel after check out as we had a later flight so staff were very accommodating. Walls of the hotel room were a little thin and this meant if you had a noisy neighbour you could hear them in the evenings, also could hear housekeeping in the mornings if you were laying in. But overall we could not fault our stay here - was everything we needed!"

"The apartment was clean, quiet, warm and comfortable. The surrounding area was lovely, short walking distance from main the main square. Staff were so lovely, friendly, kind, always happy to answer any questions, recommend local eating areas, book transfer to and from the airport. Wiktoria was the first member of staff we met and gave a such a lovely introduction to Krakow, gave us a map plan to use whilst staying which made it easy to find places, a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city. Highly recommend staying & will be booking again to stay."
