"Fine hotel, with good connections to head for down-town. Easy with busses going from outside the hotel to both Elizabeth line and Piccadilly line. Great if you love watching airplanes, this was really a highlight, and i didn't even expect it. Even when close to the airport, the sounds were not that bad, but you could sometimes hear when the big planes were landing, but it was not disturbing. "

The power shower worked well and they supplied toiletries which was an added bonus, they also let us 2 bottles of complementary water which was a nice touch. The only downsides were that the television did not have many channels and appeared to keep losing connection and other guests who were staying close by when arriving at or leaving their rooms did not appear to be closing their doors quietly so you could hear doors...

I did have a couple of issues, I was put into an accessible room(not requested) it was just a bit difficult having shower because there is a fitted seating area which makes it a bit difficult to stand under shower. The room was quite a distance from the lifts down a carpeted hallway which would be a bit difficult if in a wheelchair as well as microwave being high(Im mentioning this because it is an accessible room). "Excellent stay for an early take off. Although it is not at Heathrow T5 exactly, the hotel has facilities that can aide your speedy transfer to the Terminal. "

"The hotel a five minutes' walk from Terminal 4 departures through an enclosed walkway. Since Terminal 5 was built, the location is less busy, and the room pricing is more reasonable. Standards remain high and there is free transport to and from Terminal 4 from the other terminals."
