"I was most impressed with the customer service at The Pearl! The front desk staff was courteous, friendly and respectful. Wait staff, hospitality attendants, and housekeeping were also impressive. The property is well kept and comfortable. The on-site dining was superb and definitely made it hard for me to push away from the table! The pool area was beautiful, covered, and comfortable with plenty of comfortable seating and poolside drink service. Other dining, drink, and entertainment options were within walking distance next door, and directly across the street is Lake Jabi recreation park and waking trail. The Lake Jabi Mall is a 5 minute drive and offers more beautiful scenery and plenty of dining and shopping options. An absolutely perfect environment for my honeymoon!"

"The property facilities as displayed online is not exactly same. What I paid for is not what I got. The royal suit facilities as paid for those not exist in the property. The breakfast served is nothing to right about. After full payment for my 3 nights reservation for 3 persons, I was still asked by the hotel manager to pay additional money for breakfast for two, this I did during our entire stay, I contacted Expedia on this and I’m yet to get feedback on my compensation for the additional money spent and the inconvenience. "
