"Overall nice stay. It's unfortunate that there are no elevators for the elderly but we made it work and they accommodated my request to be on the 3rd floor (my dad needed the walk). Also, very cool that the staff made some snacks for the guests. You are able to hear some noises (didn't lose my sleep) ..."

Didn’t really explore much of sugar loaf, but it’s nice and quiet. Most of the activities I did were in big bear city by the village

First time for us, despite living in San Diego for ~ 2 decades. Nice mountain town vibe, 3 hours door-to-door. Will definitely be returning.
