Downstairs queens is a typical sofa bed. Saved us the cost of eating out for breakfast and we just slept there. Instant hot water heater for the bathroom was a bonus. "

"The house exceeded our expectations - it is a barn that was finished and was clean, well-maintained, and had a country feel while being close enough to Rexburg to not be inconvenient. One bedroom and one bathroom was on the ground floor, with the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms and living space on the second floor.
