"We arrived late in the evening. The front desk guy was not professional at all. Told us that we only made a reservation and did not pay for our stay, which was not true. Then proceeded to called someone else that told him that the expedia reservation was payed. After that he gave us a key to a room smaller that the one we booked. "Sorin and Gabriela have a quaint gem in the middle of the Romanian countryside.In addition to the fine lodging, they can provide meals. Breakfast and Dinners were home made from scratch, the type of Romanian food my grandmother cooked! "

"The property is in a good location with nice view from the rooms and patio. The rooms are basic but well kept. There is no mini fridge, table, kettle (or coffee), chair, glasses, water. "We needed a break from Bucharest, but still wanted to close to Sibiu without being in Sibiu. This place was perfect for that. The location was ideal and house and grounds were perfect for us. Communication with owner and Nicu was very easy. The house is beautiful. We would definitely stay again or rent another property of theirs."

"Wir haben im Sommer 2017 für 11 Tage in diesem Ferienhaus Urlaub gemacht. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr großzügig und durchdacht geschnitten. Bezüglich der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ansprechpartner vor Ort sind sehr nett und in jeder Situation sehr hilfsbereit. Auch die Lage des Hauses gefiel uns. Great stay in a remote location

"Our week at Casa Nicu was just what we had hoped for. This is a slightly rustic unit but is clean and has everything you need. Some of their other units are more modern but don’t have some of the character this one does. Werner was excellent at communicating all along and was waiting at our arrival. If we needed anything someone was there in minutes but they never intruded. My one suggestion was a couple of comfortable chairs to sit in for the evening and a few minutes later we had a couple of loungers that made it much more comfortable. If you’re looking for a 5 star hotel experience keep looking but if you like quiet rustic check this out."
