"This property was modern and spacious. However we experienced a lot of what we think were drain flies around the kitchen and bathroom which wasn’t pleasant. Also a cockroach was in the bathroom. We also had very noisy neighbours that kept us up till 1am and left footwear, bikes all over the porch and stairs that was supposedly to be shared access. However the grounds of the complex was lovely, clean, family oriented. Bus stop outside that goes into the town, timings are not often. "

"My husband only stayed for one night. The cabin was well equipped and in a good location for an easy walk into the town. It was clean and comfortable with everything you need for self-catering. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. It was good value and I would definitely recommend for short and long stays."

"The place was cute but clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. The holiday park had so many activities for kids such as a game room, playground, and pool. The pool, however, looked unclean and needs regular maintenance. "

"Close to the beach, the giant waterslide, shopping and restaurants. Close to the Ballina Byron Gateway Airport. Very family friendly. We had an excellent stay and will return."

"Checkin was a nightmare... the fully paid booking from Hotels.com did not transfer to their system, and they were booked out. Staff were fantastic and magically a room became available . Rest of our stay was great once checkin was sorted."
