Nous avons dû nous y reprendre 6 fois durant la journée pour payer, et recevoir notre monnaie et expliquer à la succession de réceptionnistes mal formés que nous avions payés. Personnel sympathique mais mal formé avec un manager à distance à Potosi très directif. Cela a rendu le séjour désagrable."

The staff are outstanding, the rooms uniquely appointed in a mixture of older style and modern conveniences (although the wifi is a bit sluggish at times). Breakfast is plentiful, and staff allowed us to eat breakfast very early one day because we had a 5:30 am commitment. The common areas are lovely."
