"The house is nice and spacious. The kitchen is big and the bedrooms are a good size too. The location is excellent and you have a really nice view of the volcano. Communication with the host is very good. The house is clean and well illuminated. Garage opener is a plus.The only improvement: All bedrooms have AC but not the kitchen/living room area.. and AC is needed throughout the entire house."

"The property was located in a decent area. I had a problem with the location address, but was able to get this resolved through VRBO customer support. The host apologized for the lack of updated info that didn't show up on my end.The bedrooms didn't have closets available; would have liked to hang my clothes on hangers. A portable rolling stand would have been nice.The office chair in the front room could use updating.I felt the floors could have been swept better.There appears to be an issue...

"This place was spectacular. Dead quiet at night, good communication from the host, A/C everywhere, washer/dryer etc etc. Gated community with friendly doormen. There's a cafe around the corner near the sushi place that's not listed on Google. Would recommend this place 100%"

"The home is a two story with no safety guards for children…please be fully aware not all details are on the listing. All rooms are on the second floor. One of the bedrooms does not have a fan. Certain areas of the home were also unclean. The owners of this home are not necessarily helpful. If you have children under 4 traveling with you here please do not risk coming to this location. My 2 yr old almost fell down the stairs twice and after speaking to the owner of the home they refused to give...

"couldn't stay had to cancel right there in the rental. place was dirty like a dump smell like human urine whole place was unhealthy shouldn't be listed as rental host refuse to communicate and refuse a refund. the whole website pictures etc. is false advertisement. I don't recommend this place."

"The place was very nice. It felt like home coming from the US. It was one story which worked out for my in laws which are elderly. Was plenty of room for at least 6 people. The pool was the best. Loved getting in during the hot days and had an umbrella to protect from the sun with a in pool table to play cards. All together, lovely place. Thanks for letting us stay."

"Our family of 5 including one teenager enjoyed our 19-day stay at this house! Cathy was quick to respond and answer all our questions. She was very attentive and helped us out when our flight was canceled due to Hurricane Beryl. We are grateful to Cathy for taking such good care of us on a short notice. The location is phenomenal. The tours we took had no problem coming to pick us up. We even found 2 small stores and a pupuseria all within a 5-minute walk. Each room has AC and a bathroom....
