"Overall excellent, no major complaints. Lots of space for 4 people with big living area, multiple bathrooms, and kitchen. Very secure feeling in the building, lots of natural light available. Right on a busy plaza which was a little loud at night, but had to deal with it with earplugs since closing the window made it a little too warm."

Only a block away from a very nice plaza with a good cafés and a couple nice wine and spirt bars for relaxing and people watching, A short 1.5 K walk to several wineries. A few things detracted and needed to be pointed out in the listing. You can not drive closer than 100 yards from the apartment entrance and the 12 parking places were occupied by other residents our entire stay. "My husband and I wanted to visit Rioja wine country, this was our first visit. This apartment is located next to a really nice grocery store and is walkable to the wineries and the restaurants. The place was very well stocked with coffee and tea and other basic kitchen supplies. The owner was very helpful in providing any answers to local questions about where to eat and what to do. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The views of the mountains was very pretty! We loved staying here....

Even though he had just finished a night shift he volunteered to help us get into the public car park (we had arrived in a terrible storm and parked in the wrong one).
