"I book hotel in advance just to be told on the day of arrival via a phone call that the pool is out of order, the room that I had book is also out of order and they can offer me a 25% discount for the inconvenience. I did ended taking to other persons who also had stay there and have similar experiences, if you can, stay away from this property. "

"Es evidente que el hotel se encuentra descuidado, de lo que pude ver hay un solo empleado de planta que se encarga de prácticamente todo, recepción, limpieza de habitaciones, de las instalaciones. "There was a huge breakdown in communication. There is only one way to get to this resort and that is over the beach at low tide. Whilst they provided me with low tide information, they didn't tell me it was the only way to get to the hotel. Had I known this in advance (while booking!), I would not have chosen this hotel. There is no way I would drive over the beach with a rental small car that is not a 4-wheel drive SUV."

"service was excellent, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, and the dining room staff was knowledgeable and very helpful, the pool was clean as was the complete complex. rooms are spacious and cleaning standards are high. For an Atacames stay I would recommend 100%."

"Property is located in the center of the city of Esmeraldas in easy walk to restaurants and other facilities. We had a feel of being in the Caribbean. Our room was pleasant, comfortable and included a sitting area. Breakfast was good and the lady that prepared and served it was quite pleasant. "
