"The apartment was clean and well situated. Giorgio was attentive and helpful. The one problem was that WiFi was extremely limited and unusable. I had remote work to do and had to use my data plan from the States - very expensive! Other than the WiFi, everything was great."

"We were very warmly greeted by Roger & Monica on arrival to the apartment. The apartment is nicely furnished & was spotlessly clean. Roger & Monica had left welcome food/drinks for us on arrival which was so lovely. The apartment was fully equipped & we needed nothing else. The sea view from the apartment is amazing. "Very good apartment. Very clean with very good aircon and WiFi only negative was stairs to bedroom level rather steep. Right in the centre of Marina area and spoilt for choice with number of restaurants. Rail station a few minutes walk and short bus ride to Poetto Beach. Would highly recommend if visiting Cagliari"

"We spent 2 days early October in this beautiful appartment near Solanas. The appartment is very clean and stylish, has everything you need. The little terasse is perfect for having a wine in the evening. Vittorio is a very nice and reliably host. He picked us up at the gas station nearby. Everything was uncomplicqated. If you are lucky, you will be visited by a litlle cat, we called her Solanas. What one of the most affectionate and cute cat we have ever met! Perfect place for a couple to relax...

"Fortement déconseillé, pour récupérer les clés il faut remplir des documents via votre mobile pour recevoir un code afin de récupérer les clés dans un boîtier, mais le code vous n'arrivez jamais à l'obtenir alors on l'a obtenu à travers WhatsApp la chambre trés mal isolé on entend les bruits de la chambre à côté et au dessus, le plafond trés bas il y fait chaud même avec la climatisation, la douche et vraiement trés trés petite on y rentre à peine même la salle de bain, c'est dommage j' ai...

"Lovely hotel. Grounds are well kept. Breakfast is amazing. Pool and pool area is always clean. Beach hotel is lovely. Not a lot to do for the kids, but I think that’s general for Sardinia. Overall, lovely staff, clean, organised, good food. Location is great as long as you have a car. Close to beaches and close to town square. Honestly can’t fault this hotel. Will go again."

"Lovely property and location. Owner was friendly and helpfull. However, lack of mantainance. Also inadequate cooling, felt during hot summer, in upstairs lounge, bedroom and outhouse even after ACs had been cleaned by the owner on the second day. We had to ask for 2 fans which were thankfully provided the next day. Overall we enjoyed our stay."
