"Very good apartment. Very clean with very good aircon and WiFi only negative was stairs to bedroom level rather steep. Right in the centre of Marina area and spoilt for choice with number of restaurants. Rail station a few minutes walk and short bus ride to Poetto Beach. Would highly recommend if visiting Cagliari"

"We spent 2 days early October in this beautiful appartment near Solanas. The appartment is very clean and stylish, has everything you need. The little terasse is perfect for having a wine in the evening. Vittorio is a very nice and reliably host. He picked us up at the gas station nearby. Everything was uncomplicqated. If you are lucky, you will be visited by a litlle cat, we called her Solanas. What one of the most affectionate and cute cat we have ever met! Perfect place for a couple to relax...

The owners spoke only Italian , he brought an old router that we used to connect 15 years ago… We could not check the speed of WiFi because no connection —>we told him we could not stay because we had zoom meetings scheduled . We could not cancel our reservation anymore from our end, the owner texted me to cancel 2 days...

"Lovely hotel. Grounds are well kept. Breakfast is amazing. Pool and pool area is always clean. Beach hotel is lovely. Not a lot to do for the kids, but I think that’s general for Sardinia. Overall, lovely staff, clean, organised, good food. Location is great as long as you have a car. Close to beaches and close to town square. Honestly can’t fault this hotel. Will go again."
