In the south of Ludwigsburg on the height of the Salonwald is the bright and sunny apartment in an Art Nouveau villa built around 1900. Spend the night in a stylish atmosphere in a private atmosphere. The one-room apartment covers 26 square meters with an integrated kitchen and separate bathroom. The bed has a size of 140 x 200 cm. The apartment has a 10 sqm balcony. On foot you are in 10 minutes at the blooming baroque or in the city center. You are conveniently located in Stuttgart in just 15 minutes by car or S-Bahn.

At the top of the villa.
The apartment is a very nice place to stay. Lovingly and practically furnished and clean. The landlords are super friendly and take care of everything. You are in good hands. I will definitely stay here regularly if possible.

Ute is truly a Super Host. Responsive, helpful and friendly. The place is very comfortable, a 10-15 min walk to city center or closer to public transport. Ludwigsburg is a charming city and is convenient to getting into Stuttgart. Would stay there again

Bezauberndes Appartment im Dachgeschoss einer Jugendstilvilla
Das Appartement war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was ich als Einzelreisende in 5 Tagen gebraucht habe. Der hübsche Balkon war weihnachtlich beleuchtet und bot einen Blick über die Dächer des südlichen LudwigsburgFazit: es gibt Gründe wiederzukommen!

Perfekte kleine Ferienwohnung
Unglaublich, wie perfekt durchdacht eine Ferienwohnung auf so kleinem Raum sein kann. Es war alles da, was man sich als Gast wünscht und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Und die Lage ist super für einen Besuch in Ludwigsburg/ Stuttgart. Leider war unsere Zeit zu knapp, aber beim nächsten Mal können wir sicher den ein oder anderen Tipp von Ute und Hans-Jörg umsetzen. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Wohnung.
