Best House on Lake Templane
In one word…excellence beyond our expectation! The house was beautifully decorated and furnished with cozy couches and chairs. The bedrooms and baths were perfect for our family of 21. The master suite even has a jacuzzi in a very large bathroom! Great laundry room as well, with a big front loader washer and dryer. The house had everything you needed to enjoy lake living! Private peninsula, great dock, chairs and the lakefront was perfect for little ones, as well as adults, to swim and float. The house was equipped with life vests (all sizes), goggles, fins, squirt guns, kayaks, paddle board, swim platform, even beach towels! There was an assortment of sunglasses and sunscreen as well. The sunroom and surrounding deck was so relaxing and offered beautiful views of the lake and sunsets. The hammock and tree swing was a favorite of ours! The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pots & pans, silverware, and even an ice machine. The outdoor grill was large enough to grill for our entire family at once! It is the perfect place for families with children, like ours. Downstairs recreation room with toys, TV, crib, Pack n’Play and a large bedroom with bunk beds and twin beds. I could go on and on about all the wonderful things this house offered for a lake vacation in Sturgis, MI, but our hosts were the ones that made this the perfect vacation! They were responsive, accommodating and kind and we truly felt welcome in their impeccably clean and spacious home!

This is the best vacation home for a family that just wants to play on the water and enjoy a beautiful house. It was amazing looking out the floor to ceiling windows and seeing the lake. I couldn’t ask for a more relaxing place to stay.
